Shelly offers a combination of life coaching, hypnotherapy and NLP in all of her sessions in order to help her clients reach their goals as quickly as possible.  She is also certified in IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) which is effective in processing trauma and releasing negative emotions. Private sessions are one-on-one sessions designed just for you. They can be in-person (Shelly is vaccinated) or via Zoom or phone.

The sessions consist of talking, hypnosis, imagery, learning, goal setting and more.

The first step in working together is to gather information, discuss your goals and obstacles, discover the power of your subconscious mind and together plan a treatment strategy that helps you achieve your goals as comfortably and efficiently as possible.

Allow 2 hours for your first session and 90 minutes for a follow up session.   A typical session consists of 50 minutes of cognitive talk therapy and 40 minutes of hypnosis.  When you are in hypnosis, you are simply in a very relaxed state (just like meditation).  You will either recline in a chair or rest on a sofa, close your eyes and allow your body to relax.  You are in complete control.  You can still hear everything around you, you can open your eyes and move if you want to (but you won’t want to because you are so relaxed) and while in this deep state of relaxation, you will be offered positive suggestions that align with your conscious goals and desires.  Your subconscious will never accept a suggestion that goes against your morals values or beliefs.

No client will ever be turned away due to the inability to pay.  My mission as a life coach and hypnotherapist is to serve ALL so I offer a sliding scale to anyone in need.
